What it does
Heat and hold fresh milk for tea and coffee service using indirect heating.
The double chamber milk boiler keeps two separate volumes of milk hot beside the machine, each with its own temperature control and drain tap. Indirect heating protects the milk’s flavour, and automatic sensor-controlled filling tops up the water jacket from an external supply.
It is the supporting equipment behind a chai or coffee counter that serves continuously through a shift.
